About MeWelcome

I have 6+ years experience across product management, where customer success was a priority. I worked in the data analysis industry with leading, established companies including Seven Bridges Genomics and 10x Genomics. I possess expertise in biology, health applications, customer satisfaction, and use of cloud platforms. This comes not only from on the job experience, but also during my studies; I earned my Ph.D. in Comparative Medicine and Environmental Toxicology at Michigan State University in 2016.

I have a track record of achieving results and bringing innovation. At Seven bridges I led the vision, strategy, and implementation of cloud migration for 2 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies, and 1 leading diagnostics company across global teams and customers whilst also building the inaugural bioinformatics training solution. Training solutions at Seven Bridges Genomics and UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine enabled me to make faster analysis, turn-around time, and >$1M+ in revenue for Seven Bridges Genomics. These skills are ones which I can transition into all future positions, using them as a basis to bring greatness.

I am an effective cross-functional collaborator and client partner. At 10x Genomics I partnered with product marketing, design, computational biology, sales and legal teams to provide the customer perspective and inform the product roadmap leading to the development of new analysis guides. This built on my established track record of be a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, regularly traveling on-site to meet with CPOs, CTOs, and CEOs while at Seven Bridges Genomics. Now, I’m ready for the next adventure, are you?
